Interface Overview
The Synchronizer provides multiple interfaces for time synchronization:

PPS Specifications
- Input voltage: 3.3V LVTTL
- Output voltage: 3.3V LVTTL (5V tolerant)
- Pulse width: 100ms (configurable)
- Edge: Rising edge aligned to UTC second
